Step 1 – Prepare the Rx

- Specify shade, choice of materials and any design instructions

Step 2 – Pack the Case Box
- Include Rx in case box, do not tape case box closed
- - Put as many cases that fit in each box (separated)
  - Put up to 4 boxes in a shipping bag
  - Attach preprinted shipping label
